Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Predo ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Predo is a prediction trading platform where users trade on the outcomes of real-world events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Predo is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account. Each user may maintain only one account.

4. Trading & Settlement

All trades are executed on a peer-to-peer basis. Predo does not act as a counterparty. Markets are settled based on publicly verifiable data sources specified in each market's rules. Settlement is final once confirmed.

5. Fees

Predo charges a settlement fee on winning positions. Fee rates are displayed in the trade ticket before order submission. Fee schedules may be updated with 7 days notice.

6. Risk Disclosure

Prediction trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose your entire investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Market manipulation, wash trading, insider trading, multi-accounting, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

8. Limitation of Liability

Predo is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
